伊利和蒙牛是中国的两大乳品企业，总部都在内蒙古，伊利在上海主板上市，蒙牛在香港上市。
荷兰合作银行发布“2022年全球乳业20强”榜单中，伊利集团以183亿的销售额稳居全球乳业五强，连续十年蝉联亚洲乳业第一，再次成为唯一进入全球五强的中国乳企。蒙牛以144亿美元的销售额，屈居第八名，比2021年下降了1个名次（2021年蒙牛销售额137亿美元，排名第7名。）
Yili and Mengniu is China's two largest dairy companies, both headquartered in Inner Mongolia, with Yili listed on the main board of Shanghai and Mengniu listed in Hong Kong.
